Rye whiskey barrels from Locke + Co. Distillery provide spicy undertones, making this a beer even the Dude would abide by.
This beer is big and complex with some fruity esters from the Belgium yeast. We kicked those flavors up a notch by aging it in Old Forester bourbon barrels, providing vanilla upfront and oak throughout with dark fruit & plum notes, finishing dry with subtle spice from the yeast.
Acidic, bready aroma on the nose with clean, lactic sour bite on the tongue. This batch of Face Smack Berliner Weiss has been aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels.
The Conan yeast gives this Wheat Ale bitterness of an American Pale Ale. Dry hopped with Mandarin Bavaria hops from Hop Head Farms providing citrus hints throughout. Aged in Cabernet Barrels for a year, red wine characteristics come through nicely on nose and in mouthfeel.

Bob Ross Did It is our High Falutin Scotch Ale aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. Bob worked his art inside the barrels while we waited patiently outside. The sweetness from the Scotch Ale balances perfectly with the bourbon and spice notes of tobacco and vanilla. Noon Whistle is built around family and friends and we think those beer should be shared. First release of our wood aged series.
