Hazy IPA with 10lbs of Galaxy/Citra/Mosaic/Amarillo per barrel. Thats ALOT, but this is not a bitter beer, it has tropical aromas and very juicy flavors.
This beer is big and complex with some fruity esters from the Belgium yeast.
This juicy, unfiltered New England style IPA supports a great cause. Lotus Ranches & Hopunion have provided a unique blend of experimental hops used in the beer and in return, we donate $2 for every pint to Ales for ALS. Tropical aroma with complex layers from first sip to finish.
Bernie’s bigger brother! All the same flavors, but with a bit more punch. This Imperial Milk Stout remains just as smooth, dark and delicious as it's younger brother, Bernie Milk Stout.
The dark golden hue highlights the complex malt build followed by the distinctive aroma of Amarillo and Cascade hops. As you sip you get a nice amount of bitterness balanced with the sweetness from the honey malt used.
Clean, dry and nicely hopped West Coast influenced IPA. We used Simcoe, Galaxy and Amarillo hops. Nice golden appearance and easy drinking.
Blended with Columbian Narino coffee from our friends at River City Roasters in Wheaton, IL. The coffee notes hit your nose and palate first, following with a sweet, malty finish - creating the perfect balance.
One of our booziest beers with 72 pounds of maple syrup added. Sweet and malty with a fruity, caramelly nose. We're all strangers, now say hello.
Rich and malty with intense caramel flavors. Bold up front with some undertones of dried fruits in the finish.
