Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Release: Riddle me that
We took this Imperial Stout and aged it for 13 months in Heaven Hill and Four Roses bourbon barrels. The result is a beautifully balanced blended barrel-aged imperial stout. Half of this was also conditioned on vanilla beans giving it additional depth and spice notes.
