Beer Tasting in Naperville
Taste It Where It's Brewed
Our Naperville tasting room is part of Noon Whistle's production facility at 1748 W. Jefferson Ave., so you're drinking just steps away from where the beer is produced. Most of our beer is made here now, flagships included, and the tasting room has been open to the public since the summer of 2020. For a craft beer tasting in Naperville, it doesn't get much closer to the source.
Fresh From Our Naperville Brewery
What's Pouring in Naperville
Start with Noon Whistle's year-round beers, which run from Bruski, a copper-colored amber lager, to Fuzzy Smack, a Berliner weisse brewed with peach, with IPAs like Hop Prism Blue and Gummylicious in between. Then there are the Gummy IPAs. We've brewed them since 2017, which makes Noon Whistle one of the Midwest's original pioneers of the style, and the series runs deep, with seasonal and limited-release versions alongside the year-round Gummylicious. Taps rotate, so check the current tap list before you head over.
Planning Your Visit
The tasting room has indoor seating and heated outdoor seating, so sitting outside doesn't have to end with summer, and there's pinball for anyone who wants a game between pints. Food trucks rotate through on weekends, and you're welcome to bring your own food as well. Families are welcome, though the only animals we allow are service animals. Taking beer home? We fill 32-ounce crowlers and 64-ounce growlers with draft beer, and rotating cans come in 4- and 6-packs. For guests skipping the beer, we have non-alcoholic beers, seltzers, ciders, soda and cab water. For anyone driving in from Aurora, Naperville is the closer of our two taprooms. Bringing a group? Call the taproom ahead of time to reserve a table.
From Lombard to Naperville
Noon Whistle opened in Lombard in 2014, started by brewmaster Paul Kreiner and his lifelong friends Mike Condon and Jim Cagle, and named for the town whistle that sounded at noon during Paul's childhood summers in central Wisconsin. The Naperville location opened in 2020, and we've since moved the majority of our brewing here, which leaves the Lombard Brewpub free to focus on smaller batches and wild, funky beer. Today Noon Whistle distributes throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, and most of that beer starts in Naperville.
