Noon Whistle opened its doors in December of 2014 at 800 E. Roosevelt in Lombard, IL where we brewed our very first beer, First Born, a Patersbier that fit right into our session lineup. Since that very first day, Paul and the brewing team has spent endless hours experimenting and creating different beer varieties. For this reason and many more, our Lombard location will always be a special place for us!
Today, we are still producing many new and innovative beers at the Lombard location with a focus on wild sours. Our taproom and beer garden are open to the public Monday through Sunday and our amazing staff would love to serve you. Drink a Noon Whistle beer steps away from where it’s produced. We also sell beer to go in growlers, crowlers and a large variety of cans. Our Kitchen serves appetizers, sandwiches, flatbreads & more.
