Noon Whistle Brewing opened back in December 2014 at 800 E. Roosevelt in Lombard, IL. That’s where we brewed our first beer, First Born, and started a journey of experimenting with bold flavors and unique styles. Our Lombard taproom and beer garden have always been the heart of what we do—brewing, tasting, and sharing good times with great people.
We’re still crafting new beers every week, with a special love for wild sours. Grab a pint in our taproom, enjoy it in the beer garden, or take some home in a growler, crowler, or can. Our kitchen keeps the menu fresh, so there’s always something to snack on alongside your favorite brew.
