Our Centennial Fresh Hop IPA is hitting the taps Thursday, made with fresh Centennial hops that are less than a day old when they go into the beer. That means those hops go from harvest to the brewing process while they’re still incredibly fresh, capturing the vibrant character you just can’t get from your typical dried hops.
Expect bright citrus, fresh floral notes, and a touch of earthy, herbal character, with Centennial’s signature grapefruit-like punch bringing it all together. Fresh hop flavor, straight from the source.
